Loyalty Strategy & Enterprise Alignment
- Define and evolve the long-term strategy and roadmap for the loyalty program
- Ensure alignment with enterprise priorities across merchandising, marketing, and digital
- Identify where loyalty can uniquely drive guest growth, engagement, and differentiation
- Lead the innovation agenda for loyalty, identifying new capabilities, experiences, and business models
- Drive test-and-learn initiatives to pilot and scale new program features
- Bring forward forward-looking perspectives to future-proof the program
- Monitor competitive loyalty programs and broader industry trends
- Translate insights into strategic recommendations that strengthen Target’s market position
