Sales Job ID: 74153 Cincinatti/Remote, OH, US (Field based) Permanent About the Role: We have a current opening for an Omni Channel Sr. Manager – Kroger and are actively reviewing applications. The Omnichannel Manager – Kroger will be part of Ferrero USA’s transformative eCommerce and Omnichannel Shopper Experience team, responsible for driving growth across online and offline channels with one of our key retail partners, Kroger. This role focuses on maximizing sales and merchandising support for Ferrero’s portfolio while ensuring seamless integration between digital and in-store activations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong executional skills, capable of managing complex campaigns, educating partners, and championing best practices in eCommerce/Digital Shelf strategy and Omnichannel Shopper marketing. Main Responsibilities: • * Lead Ferrero’s eCommerce strategy and Omnichannel Shopper Marketing planning for the Kroger account and develop strong relationships with Kroger’s digital merchants and KPM teams to influence and drive growth of our omnichannel sales across all categories/brands • Drive best-in-class Digital Shelf and Omnichannel Shopper Marketing planning and execution in collaboration with internal and external partners (KPM, agencies): • * Monitor Digital Shelf KPIs and eSales performance / consumption against target and lead cross-functional efforts to close the gaps. • Identify eCommerce Assortment opportunities & SKU priorities based on Digital penetration trends • Manage relationship with Retailer’s Digital Merchants to influence taxonomy changes, unlock e-category placements etc. • Coordinate with Sales team to drive sell-in for the eCom priority SKUs, ensure broad distribution and proper in-stock level for OPD • Manage the eCom content on Kroger.com and coordinate with HQ eCom content team and agency to ensure all SKUs have PDP content published in time for new items’ launch, seasons etc.; provide accurate and updated Kroger Assortment list and required timing for publishing, any updates on retailer guidelines for PDP content etc. • Coordinate with Sales team the Digital Promos strategy and align on Trade budget needs • * Manage Kroger’s Omnichannel Shopper Marketing planning and execution with KPM and agencies, align on campaign tactical plan and proper budget allocation, review mid/post campaigns results and drive performance optimization to achieve the sales and marketing objectives (with agency support). Coordinate and align with the HQ Omnichannel Shopper Experience team the Kroger plan fits within the Brands’ national campaign strategy. • Align digital plans with in-store activations leading Omnichannel Shopper Marketing planning. • Deliver monthly performance insights and strategic recommendations. • Provide insights on digital customer trends and industry benchmarks. • Identify growth opportunities with Kroger Sales Teams and support sell-in plans. • Develop Test & Learn programs and best-practice repositories for retail digital marketing. • Serve as internal expert and advocate for eCommerce and KPM; share knowledge and educate cross-functional teams. • Monitor competitor activity and identify innovation opportunities. • Maintain strong relationships with retailer marketing/media teams. • Integrate eCommerce activations into customer plans and maximize brand digital advertising efficiency with agency and Kroger Precision Marketing (KPM). About You: • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree a plus. • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. • Experience in eCommerce, Omnichannel strategy, Retail Media, and shopper marketing preferred. • Familiarity with Kroger Precision Marketing (KPM). • A minimum of 3 years of eCommerce digital marketing experience • Must have experience with launching and optimizing Search campaigns on retailer.com (Amazon, Instacart, Walmart etc.) • Knowledge of Shopper Marketing/In-store marketing • CPG industry experience a plus Artificial Intelligence Disclosure As part of our recruitment process, Ferrero may use artificial intelligence (AI) enabled tools to assist with reviewing candidate applications.
