Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and a friendly attitude, ensuring clear communication and positive interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Perform data entry accurately into various systems using Microsoft Office tools and other software platforms.
  • Manage client accounts by updating information, processing transactions, and maintaining detailed records of interactions.
  • Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer concerns thoroughly.
  • Follow established protocols for cash handling and transaction processing when applicable.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve service quality, and meet performance goals.

Experience

  • Prior experience in call center environments or customer service roles is highly preferred, especially with outbound calling or client engagement.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse customer bases.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across various channels.
  • Experience in data entry, typing accuracy, and call handling is desirable to ensure efficient workflow.
