Website Product Content Entry

We are looking for someone to help us transfer product content from our old website to our new website.


Your role will involve working product by product, copying the content from our old website and placing it into our new website according to the new structure.

The layout and content structure of the new website are different, so you must ensure that all content is placed in the correct sections.

Your responsibilities will also include uploading product images.

Images on our current website are in PNG or JPEG format, but all images on the new website must be converted to WebP format before uploading.


You must also ensure that:

  • Image file names are relevant and correctly named for each product
  • Proper ALT text is added to every image (very important for SEO)
You responsibility will also include to assign the products to their rightfull Categories. Note we will provide instructions and guideline to help you decide which product goes to which category and you always be available to ask us as well (Important)

We are offering $5 for every 5 product pages completed. We have over 500 products, so this is a large, ongoing project.

It is very important that you deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.

You must have experience with WordPress, as the new website is built on WordPress.
You must also be fluent in english in writing (IMPORTANT)

##Experience with SEO is a strong advantage.
##Experience with Coding is a strong advantage as well

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
