As a Warehouse Receiver at Andrew Sheret Limited, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by efficiently organizing the incoming inventory. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving shipments, verifying their contents against purchase orders, inspecting goods for damages, and accurately recording inventory levels. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to maintain an organized and efficient receiving process.

Wage range is $20.50 per hour. Wages may be scaled with relevant experience and/or education.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklift, hand cart or pallet jack for loading and unloading inventory
  • Endless opportunities for advancement
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments
  • Unpack, put away and organize stock
  • Assist customers with loading vehicles
  • Clean and organize the warehouse and yard
  • Capable of lifting 50lbs minimum an asset

Essential:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of machinery used to transport and store materials
  • General understanding of inventory
  • General knowledge of workplace safety
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Data entry skills
