Job Description and Responsibilities

Interpro Pipe & Steel is currently seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support our Tubular division in Regina, SK. This position is responsible for organizing, shipping, and receiving inventory within the facility. The Warehouse Clerk plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting internal departments, and ensuring materials are properly stored and distributed in a safe and efficient manner.

This role includes handling incoming and outgoing shipments, issuing parts at the stores counter, organizing the storage facility, and monitoring inventory levels to support operational requirements. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, accountability, and a commitment to safe material handling practices in a fast-paced industrial environment.

  • Issuing parts at the stores counter.

  • Operate forklifts for the handling of goods, including both incoming and outgoing shipments, and facilitate internal deliveries within the facility.

  • Receive and verify stock, non-stock, returned parts, and distribute stock to shelf locations.

  • Process workflow tasks to resolve inventory discrepancies.

  • Handle shipping, Repair Order Form (ROF), vendor returns, and customs documentation.

  • Process workflow receiving, entries, and unidentified parts.

  • Identify shipment errors and process inventory returns.

  • Perform cycle counts, spot checks, and critical spare part inventory reviews.

  • Maintain accurate records through scanning and filing.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent

  • Working knowledge and application of word processing and spreadsheet software

  • Ability to safely perform medium physical work, including lifting up to 50 lb occasionally and 30 lb frequently
