Warehouse Associate (Night Shift)

**Role Conditions**: **Hourly Rate - $19.50** **Location - Markham, Ontario** **Shift Hours - Front half (6PM to 4AM Sunday-Wednesday) or Back half (6PM to 4AM**Wednesday-Saturday)** At GoBolt, we provide a technology-driven, customer-centric and sustainable approach to ecommerce and last-mile logistics for businesses of all sizes - from local brands to large national retailers. We’re looking to hire a motivated **warehouse associate** who is excited to help us in our mission to be Customer Obsessed. In this role, you will be responsible for: - The receiving and storage of inventory delivered to the warehouse; - Staging and sorting of items, palletizing, and crating; - Move, pick, pack, and scan items in a safe manner; - Maintain GoBolt property (i.e. tools, materials, machinery); - Use of tools including but not limited to scanners, carts, hand trucks and dollies; - Daily submission and completion of all required documentation in an accurate fashion; - Follow all 5S processes consistently and effectively; - Troubleshoot problems; - Ensure product meets quality requirements; - Other duties as assigned; To be successful in this role, we are looking for individuals who align with our core values and - Is fluent in speaking, reading and writing English; - Is tech savvy and has navigated inventory management systems previously; - Is able to lift 50+ lbs on a continuous basis; - Has an exceptional ability to work as part of a team, and individually; - Is detail oriented; - Has a High School Diploma or equivalent; - Is able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts; - Is able to adhere to strict safety, quality, security, fulfillment production standards, and general company policies; - Thrives in a fast paced, exciting environment; - Is authorized to work in Canada. **Why GoBolt?** We are innovative, goal-oriented, and are always on the search for energetic and passionate people who are eager to learn and would like to have a rare opportunity to grow within one of Canada's fastest growing companies.
