Warehouse Associate (Forklift Operator)

This role is essential to keeping our warehouse running smoothly by pulling orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries for our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Pull and prepare equipment and supply orders for customers
  • Assist customers picking up merchandise at the warehouse
  • Receive and organize incoming shipments
  • Operate a forklift to move merchandise safely
  • Process UPS shipments and end-of-day reports
  • Monitor damaged items and coordinate vendor returns
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform cycle counts
  • Ensure all merchandise is stored in the correct warehouse locations
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
  • Manage technician car servicing
  • Close warehouse bay doors at the end of the workday
  • Take garbage bins outside for scheduled pickup

What We’re Looking For

✔ Prior warehouse experience

✔ Forklift operation experience (required)

✔ Clean driving record

✔ Ability to lift up to 80 lbs

✔ Comfortable standing and moving for 8-hour shifts

✔ Ability to work independently and safely

✔ Strong attention to organization and detail

Education & Skills

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bilingual English / Spanish required
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems
