Job Description: • Serve as trusted advisor and strategic partner to the President, Advisory • Shape and execute the Advisory people agenda in alignment with global People strategy • Act as a core member of the Advisory Leadership Team • Partner with the Chief People Officer and People Leadership team to shape the People strategy • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and skill building • Drive leadership development, succession planning, and talent pipelines • Champion DE&I • Oversee performance management, reward, and recognition practices • Partner with Finance and Operations to provide strategic insight on workforce trends • Collaborate with Internal Communications • Track and report on key People KPIs • Stay ahead of external trends in workforce evolution, AI, and organizational development • Lead a team of People Partners Requirements: • Significant experience in senior People leadership roles within complex, global organizations, ideally professional services, consulting, and/or healthcare. • Experience supporting Advisory capabilities, Consulting Services, Legal Firms, in the Health Space and/or Life Sciences is highly desired • Proven success partnering with CEO/Presidents and business leaders to design and deliver people strategies that drive measurable business impact. • Demonstrated track record in organizational design, talent strategy, leadership development, and cultural transformation. • Strong knowledge of global People practices, employment trends, and regulatory frameworks. • Executive presence, excellent communication, and the ability to influence at C-Suite.
