As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re hiring our first Vice President of People & Culture to shape the people strategy that fuels our product, our team, and our future. About the Role This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for building the foundations of People & Culture while preparing VideaHealth for its next stage of scale. You’ll lead all aspects of the People function, including recruiting, culture, people operations, employee experience, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. You’ll be balancing strategy with hands-on execution. You’ll be a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, a trusted advisor to managers, and a cultural anchor for employees. This role requires someone who can move fast, think critically, and help a driven, high-performing team scale with clarity, intention, and humanity. What You’ll Do People Strategy & Leadership • Build and execute a people strategy that supports company goals, strengthens culture, and elevates the employee experience. • Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to align organizational priorities, leadership expectations, and company-wide people programs. • Anticipate organizational needs as we scale and design pragmatic, scalable solutions. • Bring a clear point of view on what “great” looks like and the judgment to adapt to what VideaHealth specifically needs. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning • Lead recruiting strategy to attract, hire, and onboard top talent across technical, go-to-market and business teams. • Partner with leaders to forecast hiring needs, design role profiles, and ensure a consistent bar for talent and culture fit. • Build scrappy processes that can evolve with us, from funnel analytics to employer brand. Culture, Engagement & Leadership Development • Foster a culture rooted in our values: Customer Obsession, Growth Mindset, Extreme Ownership, Bias to Action, and One Team. • Develop programs that promote engagement, clarity, and high performance. • Coach leaders and managers to increase capability, confidence, and consistency. • Help the organization navigate change, ambiguity, and rapid growth with transparency and alignment. People Operations & Employee Experience • Oversee core people policies, processes, and systems to ensure compliance, fairness, and scalability. • Build strong onboarding, performance, compensation, and development programs. • Ensure employees have what they need to thrive and the business has what it needs to move fast. What You Bring • 10+ years in People/HR roles with deep experience in high-growth tech or startup environments. • Demonstrated strength in recruiting, culture building, and designing people strategies that elevate performance and engagement. • Track record of scaling a company from ~50–300+ people (or similar complexity). • The executive presence to influence a CEO and leadership team, and the empathy and credibility to build trust across all levels. • Ability to shift fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. • Strong judgment, high integrity, and a steady hand in fast-moving environments. • A passion for building healthy, high-performing teams that can meet ambitious goals.
