VP Financial Planning & Analysis – Interim

Job Description: • Lead the annual budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with strategic goals • Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to deliver insights that drive business performance, arenaflex management, and profitability • Develop and implement financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and scenario analyses to support business decisions • Provide strategic guidance on capital allocation, operating performance, and investment opportunities • Oversee preparation of financial presentations for the Board of Directors, executive leadership, and external stakeholders • Mentor and manage FP&A staff while working collaboratively across departments • Partner cross-functionally with operations, clinical, and business unit leaders to ensure financial targets are achieved • Support M&A evaluation, integration, and synergy tracking as needed • Report to Chief Financial Officer; interim/contract role with potential conversion to full-time Requirements: • 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including leadership roles • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling best practices • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable business insights • Proven ability to partner with senior executives and drive alignment between finance and operations • Healthcare industry experience preferred, but not required • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required • MBA or CFA preferred • Experience mentoring and managing FP&A staff • Experience supporting M&A evaluation, integration, and synergy tracking • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability; highly analytical, attention to detail, collaborative leader, results-driven Benefits: Apply tot his job
