Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle email correspondence, drafting responses, organizing inboxes, and prioritizing urgent communications.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Conduct online research and compile information on various topics as needed to support team initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records, ensuring easy accessibility, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings, including setting up video conferencing platforms and preparing agendas.
  • Assist with data entry, database management, and information compilation for various projects.
  • Process and track expenses, invoices, and other financial documentation as required, ensuring compliance.
  • Provide general administrative support to multiple teams and executives, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries, redirecting to the appropriate department or individual.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
