Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (Admin) to support the setup and management of Looker Studio dashboards for sales and marketing reporting. This project-based role involves data preparation, dashboard configuration, and documentation, with flexible working hours and remote work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and build Looker Studio dashboards for sales and marketing performance tracking
- Integrate data from Google Sheets, CSV files, and other provided sources
- Clean, organise, and validate data prior to dashboard integration
- Create clear and structured data visualisations for reporting purposes
- Recommend improvements to reporting structure and dashboard usability
- Prepare basic documentation and ensure proper handover after project completion
Requirements
- Proficiency in Looker Studio is mandatory
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Drive)
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing metrics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience in virtual assistant, data admin, or similar roles is an advantage
