Job Title: Video Game Tester Job Summary: The Elite Job is seeking passionate students residing in the United States of America to join our dynamic team as Video Game Testers. This role involves participating in playtests, focus groups, interviews, and surveys to provide valuable feedback on various gaming experiences. While 50% of our opportunities are virtual, we also have a dedicated playtesting center for in-person testing and focus groups. Key Responsibilities: • * Participate in playtests, focus groups, interviews, and surveys as assigned. • * Provide insightful feedback on gameplay, user interfaces, and other gaming elements. • * Collaborate with team members to facilitate productive group discussions. • * Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy guidelines established by Wilson and Associates. • * Ensure punctuality and reliability for all scheduled sessions. • Required Skills and Qualifications: • * Passion for gaming across various genres and platforms. • * Effective communication skills to articulate thoughts and opinions clearly. • * Strong critical thinking abilities to evaluate gaming experiences from a player perspective. • * Open-mindedness to provide feedback on a wide range of games. • * Ability to work well in a team and respect differing opinions. • * Reliability, integrity, and commitment to scheduled sessions and honest feedback. • * Current U.S. residency and at least 13 years of age (parental permission required if under 18). • * Active engagement in gaming on PC, console, or mobile platforms. • * Strong articulation skills to explain feedback thoroughly. • * Access to a functional webcam-enabled laptop or desktop computer for virtual opportunities. • Experience: No specific experience required; however, a demonstrated passion for gaming is essential. Working Hours: Opportunities occur primarily in the evening and vary based on study schedules.
