Position Summary:

We're hiring 3 Vice Presidents of Sales to spearhead strategy, execution, and revenue generation in the following verticals:

  • Healthcare: Pharmacy Benefits Management, Medical Devices/Med Technology

  • Insurance: Property & Casualty and Life

  • Enterprise: Retail, hospitality, etc.

As a VP of Sales, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing the organization, prospect and close Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) contracts with national and international companies. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a deep understanding of your vertical, we want to hear from you!

Principle Accountabilities:

  • End-to-end responsibility for designing and executing the strategic sales plan for securing new clients, including but not limited to prospect targeting, engagement, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and post-closing participation in ongoing account management and optimization activities.

  • Research and drive business expansion/collaboration opportunities for the customer care market; develop, in conjunction with senior management, the growth and market expansion plan.

  • Prospect for customer care opportunities and identify niches that have strategic potential to maximize market reach.

  • Build a predictable pipeline of new business to generate repeatable and profitable revenues.

  • Execute go-to market plans via targeted campaigns and other sales channels including advisors, influencers, conference attendance, industry events, etc.

  • Develop targeted presentations for specific audiences desiring to learn more about services and technology support services in general.

  • Work closely with RFP team to ensure high quality of proposals. Submit and handle proposals with full ownership and accountability for the opportunity

Knowledge:

  • Bachelors in business or related field preferred

  • 15+ years of proven success in selling service solutions within the BPO industry

  • Must possess a proven track record for prospecting and closing new business

  • Proven experience in business planning, development of account, and relationship management with proven results

  • Highly motivated and competitive with strong initiative, prospecting, and sales close ability

  • Willing to travel extensively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Compensation & Benefits:

The anticipated base salary range for this remote position is between $180,000 - $200,000. In addition, Everise provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include commission earnings and other benefit programs. The actual compensation package may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience level, and candidate's location.
