Compensation:

  • Voice Support: Rs 160 per hour
  • Chat Support: Rs 140 per hour


Job Overview:

We are hiring dedicated and experienced Customer Support Representatives to support a US-based healthcare client remotely from India. This is a long-term opportunity for serious and committed professionals.

Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts (anywhere between 6:00 PM IST to 6:00 AM IST) to align with US business hours.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice and chat.
  • Assist patients, providers, and healthcare stakeholders with inquiries.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in required systems.
  • Ensure strict compliance with US healthcare regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.


Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in US Healthcare Customer Support.
  • Strong knowledge of US healthcare processes (insurance, billing, claims, eligibility, etc.).
  • Mandatory knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts (6 PM 6 AM IST window).
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  • Must be serious about a long-term commitment.


Technical Requirements:

  • Personal Windows 11 laptop (mandatory).
  • Stable high-speed internet connection with minimum 60 Mbps speed.
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace.
