JD: The Azure Cloud Operations Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure and services. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, scalability, and security of Azure-based applications and systems. This role involves troubleshooting and optimizing Azure environments while staying updated on emerging Azure technologies and best practices within enterprise cloud computing. Experience with Terraform is essential and familiarity with DevOps and AWS is considered a plus. Primary: • Cloud Infrastructure Management • Team Leadership and Problem Solving • Security and Automation Implementation Responsibilities: • Deploy and manage cloud resources (e.g., virtual machines, storage, databases, recovery vaults, key vaults, and networks) using Client Azure. • Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of Azure-based infrastructure. • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to support application hosting and integration. • Migrate client data and workloads securely to Azure, ensuring compliance and performance standards. • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, and Azure DevOps pipelines. • Monitor and troubleshoot Azure environments, responding to incidents and identifying areas for improvement. • Contribute to automation and orchestration efforts to streamline cloud operations. • Provide after-hours support via Pager Duty as needed within a rotation. Requirements: • Proficiency with Azure infrastructure, services, and administration. • Strong experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform is a must requirement). • Ability to manage cloud deployments securely and efficiently. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams. -------- Thanks.
