Responsibilities • Engage with Members: Conduct daily phone consultations with pre-qualified members to understand their financial needs. • Provide Expert Guidance: Assess client situations and explain supplemental coverage options clearly and professionally. • Build Client Relationships: Establish trust through consistent communication, follow-arenaflex, and personalized support. • Support Existing Policyholders: Assist with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims guidance. • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all state regulations and ethical sales standards to maintain transparency and trust. Requirements • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must be physically located within the U.S. • Open to U.S. residents and citizens only • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfort using computers, digital tools, and virtual platforms • Excellent organization and time-management abilities • Self-motivated mindset with attention to detail • Goal-oriented and competitive nature • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team • Openness to coaching, feedback, and continuous learning • No prior insurance experience is required. • Comprehensive training and licensing support are provided.
