We are looking to add a Treasury Director to our team! LOCATION: Remote REPORTS TO: This role reports directly to the Controller in a high-growth pet care innovator, poised to transform how families access trusted pet services nationwide. PAY: $135,000 - $160,000 salary + 20% Bonus Opportunity CORE RESPONSIBILITES: • Oversee daily cash management, liquidity forecasting, and cash flow operations to meet operational needs and obligations • Develop and implement strategies for short-term investments and capital needs • Manage financial risks • Maintain and cultivate relationships with banks and financial institutions • Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Monitor and manage short-term investments, evaluating opportunities to maximize returns while preserving capital • Prepare and present treasury reports, forecasts, and analyses to executive leadership • Implement treasury management systems, banking technologies, and process improvements for efficiency • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and other departments on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives REQUIREMENTS: Education & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field • CPA, CTP, or CFA strongly preferred • 10+ years experience in treasury, finance, or related fields with progressive leadership responsibility • Strong knowledge of treasury operations, financial markets, instruments, and risk management • Proficiency in treasury management systems and tools • Proficiency with financial modeling • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to navigate regulatory compliance standards BENEFITS & PERKS: • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, vision, dental, long- & short-term disability, and life insurance. • Retirement Savings: Generous 401(k) match. • Pet Care Discounts: Exclusive discounts on various pet care services. • Flexible Time Off • Professional Growth: Opportunities for rapid career advancement within an innovative, fast-growing organization.
