This includes creating, maintaining, and enhancing automation frameworks; developing automated test scripts for new and existing features; and defining effective automation strategies and reusable test data. The role focuses on developing automated test scripts, analyzing results, and delivering clear reports to support quality-driven decision making. What You'll Do We are looking for a Test Automation Developer with solid experience with Java/Selenium and Web automation frameworks to join our team. As a member of the team, you will collaborate closely with both developers and business analysts/architects to understand application features, design, and create robust/comprehensive tests. - Author automation test strategies, test cases, and/or test scripts as required to validate solutions.

- Review and refactor existing automation code to improve maintainability and scalability
- Ensure full traceability between requirements, test scripts, execution results, and defects
- Apply strong knowledge of automation concepts, tools, and best practices to continuously improve test processes
- Develop scripts that run automated testing functions reliably and integrate into continuous testing pipelines
- Create and deliver comprehensive automation metric reports, covering execution trends, coverage, and defect detection to provide project teams and stakeholders with transparent visibility into automation health and to support informed decision-making
- Mentor team members by guiding them on automation best practices, coding standards, and quality-focused testing techniques.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree relevant to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of related experience is required (if no degree, nine years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling nine years).
- 5+ years in Quality Assurance with 4+ years focused on test automation
- Experience with automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca and Selenium
- Working knowledge of different testing methodologies
- Mathematical aptitude and strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends
