Temporary Store Manager

TEMPORARY MANGER POSITION with option to stay on after 1 year as a full-time sales associate.

Our current manager will be going on Maternity leave for one year in September, 2026 and we are looking to fill her role here at Krush for her year off, but also looking to keep the interim manager on as a full time employee after the year is up if possible.

Store Manager -- What are we looking for?

We are looking for a likeminded individual with a positive and uplifting personality! You love to come to work with a smile, love mixing up the visual merchandising in stores, and are obsessed with helping other women find pieces they love. We are looking for someone with managerial experience who has led a team and can understand how to keep a positive culture and environment, while also giving corrective advice to employees and helping to teach new hires in a positive way. Positive guidance is what we thrive on, and we're looking for someone who can effectively lead their team.

Responsibilities:

Within managing staff:

- Responsible for supporting current staff and new hires in proper training and follow ups.

- Ensuring staff understands daily tasks and are completing those tasks in an efficient manner.

- Having effective communication with staff when tasks are not being done correctly or efficiently to ensure they have the tools they need to perform their jobs properly. Following up with staff afterwards to discuss their performance afterwards.

- will sometimes be responsible for scheduling -- Kristina often does Krush schedules, but this may be outsourced to you as well.

- tackling issues with staff members in a timely manner and then bringing these to Kristina's attention afterwards.

- You will lead, develop, coach and inspire your team to deliver an optimal customer and employee experience.

Responsibilities within the sales floor:

- Committed to genuine connection with each and every customer that comes through our door while creating a positive and uplifting environment.

- Understanding the delicate balance between sales and service.

- Ensuring our product is easily accessible and inspiring. Weekly to bi-weekly store flips where you use your creativity to ensure the store looks fresh.

- Working with Kristina to plan our weekly drops, and getting those drops onto the sales floor by the day they launch.

- Learning our POS System inside and out to ensure our store functions effectively. We use Shopify.

- Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep up with competition.

- Think out of the box while driving loss prevention, inventory control, merchandising, health and safety and store communication.

- Handling customer conflicts with care while staying true to our store policies.

- Ensuring our stock is effectively sorted as it comes in in a timely manner and our staff understand the processes of how it is to be opened, hung, and organized.

- Packing online orders, ensuring staff is packing orders properly, and creating shipping labels for all online orders. Ensuring orders are picked up by shipping couriers in an efficient timeline.

Online store responsibilities:

- Being dedicated to learning the in's and out of our shopify e-commerce store.

- Adding new product to the site weekly after communicating with Kristina on which items will be in each weekly drop.

- Staying on top of inventory control.

- Updating our website banners weekly to keep it fresh.

- Potentially adding onto these roles -- sending weekly emails to our customers about new product launches.
