As a full time Teller at 802 Credit Union, you will play a key role in ensuring our members receive exceptional service in every interaction. You’ll be the face of our branch, responsible for providing day-to-day account services, assisting with transactions, and helping our members with their financial needs.
- Member Service of Excellence: Greet members with a friendly, positive attitude and assist them with a variety of services such as deposits, withdrawals, account inquiries, and loan payments.
- Processing Transactions: Accurately process cash and check transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
- Account Assistance: Help members with account maintenance such as balance inquiries, stop payments, and address any concerns or inquiries they may have.
- Cross-Sell Services: Educate members on additional services and products they could benefit from, such as credit cards, loans, or online banking services.
- Maintain Accuracy: Process transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Security and Compliance: Maintain confidentiality and ensure all banking activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team and management to ensure smooth operations and meet branch goals.
