As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a key role in making sure merchants successfully adopt and benefit from our AI solution.Your main responsibilities will be:• Support Account Managers during onboarding by configuring merchant accounts.• Handle support requests from active clients, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements.• Be the primary contact for clients on support-related questions and needs.• Work closely with Account Managers and product/tech teams to deliver the best service, helping clients automate more tickets and improve satisfaction.Your profile :We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems.
