This is a fully remote, six-month contract position with the potential to convert to full-time employment.<br><br>**Key Responsibilities:**<br><br><ul><li>Source, identify, and engage high-quality technical talent for AI/ML engineering, software engineering, and related technical roles through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach</li><li>Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates within the AI/ML and software engineering communities</li><li>Conduct initial candidate qualification calls to assess technical fit, career aspirations, and alignment with company culture</li><li>Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skill sets, and team dynamics to ensure accurate candidate matching</li><li>Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to maintain organized candidate records, communication logs, and hiring pipeline status</li><li>Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical positions, particularly in emerging AI/ML specializations<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Must be based in Singapore</li><li>Must be able to speak English and Mandarin. </li><li>Minimum 3+ years of technical recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in AI/ML, software engineering, or related technical fields</li><li>Proven experience sourcing and recruiting for high-volume technical hiring initiatives</li><li>Strong proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and similar sourcing platforms</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers<br><br></li></ul>**Preferred:**<br><br><ul><li>Experience supporting large-scale AI/ML hiring projects at tier-one tech companies such as TikTok/ByteDance, Alibaba, Tencent, or similar organizations</li><li>Proven track record of data-driven recruitment with experience analyzing and optimizing funnel metrics, conversion rates, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire</li><li>Familiarity with the AI/ML engineering landscape, including understanding of key technical skills, roles, and industry trends<br><br></li></ul><strong>Additional Information<br><br></strong>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
