Tactical Security Guard (Full-Time Applicants Only)

Position Summary:

We are hiring Tactical Security Guards for a full-time position. This is a role to support enhanced safety operations in response to client and community needs. Guards will be monitoring designated sites and conducting regular patrols between key locations, with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a visible and professional security presence
  • Patrol multiple designated locations within a close area to deter unauthorized activity and ensure safety
  • Monitor high-priority areas identified for increased attention
  • Conduct regular foot and/or mobile patrols across assigned properties
  • Respond promptly to suspicious activity, disturbances, or safety concerns
  • Provide detailed incident reporting and daily shift logs
  • Coordinate with supervisory staff for daily assignments and site updates
  • Follow all company protocols and client-specific guidelines
  • Maintain situational awareness and apply conflict de-escalation techniques when necessary
  • Support safety and security operations during scheduled community events (if applicable)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in law enforcement or security roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with clients.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver’s License is considered an asset
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
  • Smart Serve Certification
