In this role, you'll optimize network capacity in support of our growing business, enabling faster delivery for our customers.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Design and implement long-term capacity models considering customer coverage, demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and cost efficiency</li><li> Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance network capacity</li><li> Define long-term building requirements that consider future business initiatives</li><li> Plan for new automation initiatives that impact building design, capacity, and costs</li><li> Create data-driven analyses to support business decisions and growth strategies</li><li> Foster partnerships across teams to implement network improvements<br><br></li></ul>A day in the life<br><br>You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze network performance, develop capacity optimization models, and implement strategic improvements. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
