What you will do

As a Supply Chain Customer Service Analyst, you will direct, plan, coordinate and establish relationships and protocols to service the customer/customer group assigned, consistent with company objectives. You will work and support the commercial sales team: account managers, sales directors, managing directors, and VP level to execute weekly order processing, line changes, sales promotions etc. in line with customer expectations. You will be responsible for bringing world class practices to Clarios including managing and analyzing ordering, replenishment and allocation practices as related to service for our customer/customer group in collaboration with the company's regional inventory planners, manufacturing plants and distribution centers.

How you will do it

Single point of contact for sales teams regarding overall order status, inventory levels, outstanding shipments, and any other production-related items.
Responsible for supporting the largest and most critical accounts for the organization
Attend Joint Customer Business Meetings as Subject Matter Expert for topics related to
Customer Supply Chain and their specific accounts
Coordinate with Regional Planner(s) and Supply Chain to reduce the risk/impact of customer line changes, customer differentiation projects, and demand swings
Responsible for communicating change and any other adjustments that might directly affect their account, in writing, to the appropriate audience and follow through
Support sales teams by directing the appropriate plans on how to meet customer expectations on time and in scope
Provide insight and feedback on demand and forecast trends to the Demand Planning and Sales teams to help improve the S&OP process
Attends inquiries, comments, and complaints from customer headquarters, account managers/sales directors
Analyzes sales transactions, monitors correct loading, and adjusts errors in company systems
Liaison with other departments (e.g. Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering & Operations) for order completion and order shipment.
Assigned to support UAT's (User Acceptance Testing) on system upgrades as appropriate.
Assigned to projects that require critical thinking and a good understanding of overall Clarios Operations
Key contributor to the Customer Control Tower and influencer to leadership

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

What we look for

Required

Bachelor's degree in operations management, supply chain, or business.
A minimum of three (3) years of working experience
Inventory Analysis/Production and Inventory Control, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and/or Logistics experience strongly preferred
Strong with customer service.
Able to travel up to 10%
Preferred

Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Business Objects and Power Query experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Solid understanding of inventory management concepts
Comfortable working in complex and high-pressure environments
This position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance as further described below. The position has a salary range of $76,000 to $100,000 per year.
