The Company’s primary goal is to responsibly leverage its operating platform and high-quality brownfield and greenfield exploration pipeline to build a growing value-driven gold producer.<br><br>The <strong>Eagle River Mine</strong> sitehas a tight-knit team where everyone knows each other and there is a strong sense of camaraderie and mutual support. It is a hands-on, fast paced environment where work feels impactful and you can see the results of your contributions quickly. There are many long-tenured employees and a lot of site pride.<br><br>The mine is located a short drive from Wawa, deep in the forest where it is scenic and quiet. It is a real ‘boots on the ground’ setting. Team members reside in a camp environment and typically work on rotations, depending on the position. You bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in how a mining operation functions—from safety and environmental stewardship to daily operational support.<br><br>Most importantly, you’re curious, open to new challenges, and ready to make the most of a summer that offers meaningful experience, professional growth, and exposure to the mining industry.<br><br><strong>Position Responsibilities, Accountabilities And Job Duties<br><br></strong>Students will support day-to-day activities within their assigned department, gaining practical, hands-on experience aligned with their field of study. Responsibilities will vary by placement and may include assisting with projects, supporting operational and administrative tasks, and learning site-specific processes within an active mining environment.<br><br>These roles offer qualified candidates the opportunity to apply their education in a real-world setting while developing a strong understanding of mining operations.
