Job Summary: Join our team as a Strategic Account Manager for LCBO, where you'll be at the forefront of driving sales growth, enhancing market share, and ensuring profitability for our customer accounts. In this role, you'll manage key customer relationships and execute portfolio strategies effectively. Your strong negotiation skills and strategic mindset will be key in driving growth for major brands and supporting our innovation initiatives. Keys responsibilities: Drive account performance by achieving revenue growth, enhancing market share, and meeting customer account management objectives. Present and negotiate the integration of corporate strategies, including growing core portfolios, launching new products, optimizing promotions, and driving omnichannel activations, all tailored to each customer’s unique profile. Lead cross-departmental task forces to ensure project alignment and timely delivery of commercial objectives. Oversee and manage account budgets, leveraging insights and analytics to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with commercial strategies. Collaborate with Sales Strategy and Shopper Marketing teams to develop and execute in-store programs, promotions, and product launches. Prepare and recommend forecasts to meet performance metrics and drive continued market growth. Cultivate strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers to foster sustained business growth. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. 6 to 8 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the Beverage Alcohol or Consumer Packaged Goods industry. Strong negotiation and strategic thinking abilities, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and market share. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong influence skills to drive decision-making across the business. Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to inform strategies. Established connections and experience with key customers. Valid driver’s license. COMPENSATION: Budgeted Range – $115,686.00 - $149,711.00 The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
