Staff ML Engineer, Applied AI Remote or on-site in Boulder, CO / Charlotte, NC / New York, NY Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Machine Learning Engineer specialized in Applied AI to lead innovative projects at the intersection of AI/ML and Fintech. The ideal candidate will drive the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models and solutions, enhancing our product offerings and improving customer experiences. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms for applied AI projects in the fintech domain. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing systems and products. • Research and implement cutting-edge technologies such as large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI initiatives. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers in the team. • Evaluate and optimize model performance, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency in production environments. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, and apply best practices to enhance project outcomes.
