About the position

McLane is seeking a Senior Product Owner – Oracle Financials to lead the strategy, value realization, and lifecycle management of enterprise‑scale financial platforms that support a complex, global supply chain. This is a senior product leadership role with end‑to‑end ownership of mission‑critical Oracle Financials capabilities, serving as the single point of product decision authority. You’ll partner closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Technology, Data, and Security leaders to deliver secure, scalable, and future‑ready financial solutions aligned with enterprise strategy. This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmap for Oracle Financials platforms aligned to enterprise financial and supply chain objectives.
Serve as the single product decision authority, accountable for backlog prioritization and value delivery across complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
Translate financial and operational strategy into high‑quality epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.
Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, IT delivery leaders, architects, and platform owners to coordinate delivery across multiple agile teams and enterprise dependencies.
Apply disciplined, value‑based prioritization frameworks that balance business impact, regulatory requirements, risk, technical debt, and long-term platform sustainability.
Ensure Oracle Financials platforms are secure, compliant, resilient, and aligned with enterprise architecture, data, and cybersecurity standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar roles within large, enterprise‑scale technology organizations.
Proven success owning product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for complex, cross‑functional digital platforms.
Strong command of agile and product‑led delivery practices, including experience operating across multiple teams and delivery models.
Demonstrated ability to translate financial, supply chain, or operational requirements into actionable product strategies and execution plans.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and decision‑making skills, including experience engaging senior and executive leaders.
