The Global Solutions and Risk Compliance (GSRC) organization is a component of Amazon's operations, dedicated to ensuring the compliance of its products and services worldwide. Key job responsibilities:
As a Senior Compliance Associate, you will review product information against regulatory documentation to ensure compliance for Amazon listings. Using Amazon tools, you will classify products and address deviations from SOPs in collaboration with your manager and experts. You will prioritize tasks using reports to meet quality, productivity, and service targets. You may identify improvement opportunities, like automating reports with Excel, and contribute to SOP refinement. You will share expertise in knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor peers.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, etc.

  • Basic SQL knowledge for data queries

  • Experience with CRM tools

  • Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills

  • Problem-solving abilities with logical and creative approaches

  • Commitment to research and data interpretation.

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related applications

  • Japanese N2 (or equivalent) proficiency in verbal and written communication

  • English B2 (or equivalent) proficiency in verbal and written communication

  • You must be physically based in any of the VCC approved locations such as Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna or Rizal during the duration of your employment

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations

  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance management, including working with government agencies

  • 2+ years experience in Business Process Outsourcing across domains such as accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, human resources, or quality assurance

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA

  • Expertise in database querying (SQL)

  • Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies, or corporate environments

  • Background in data analysis within quantitative fields, including the development of data and decision support systems.
