Design and Develop Cutting-Edge Avionics Systems: Utilize your technical expertise and industry knowledge to design and develop advanced avionics systems that will keep Textron at the forefront of the aviation industry. Lead and Mentor Team Members: Act as a leader and mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for the advancement of our avionics technology, taking into consideration market trends, customer needs, and company goals.
