Reporting to the Manager, you will help lead segments within our Disney Parks in-house paid Social Media Strategy & Activation team (3 team members in total). Being a caring and supportive manager who helps their team members grow and get results is important to the role.We directly manage all paid activity in several ad manager platforms including Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will help maintain our current tech partnerships and lead the exploration and onboarding of new, innovative digital platforms.The successful candidate will partner with other channel managers to create cohesive, cross-channel experiences, dig into analytics to find improvement opportunities, and create an ongoing social media testing program to improve core social KPIs (i.e., ad CTRs, post engagement, cost efficiencies, audience-specific messaging, etc.) AND drive learnings (especially those coming out of failure) that can be used for specific segments holistically.What You Will DoLead paid social strategy for key segments within Parks and ResortsImprove dynamic strategies within social platformsSupport team in influencing organization to adhere to social best practicesLead conversations to drive innovation across analytics and testingOwner of key social media activation platform tools including future partnership additionsWork with our teams to identify and design (or use 3rd party) tools to improve efficiencyPartner across teams, organizations, and companies (media partners and agency) to improve overall technical setup and inter-departmental workflowRequired Qualifications & Skills7+ years digital marketing experienceAbility to guide direct reports to technical and personal growthExtensive experience with social media platforms and related toolsUnderstanding of holistic business trends and the impacts of these trends in the digital and social spaceStrong grasp on how to develop holistic paid social strategiesComfort with high level of autonomyFamiliarity and ability to maximize team's use of work management platforms such as Workfront, Smart Sheets, etc.EducationFour-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
