Social Media Manager (Content Creator)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management (Primary Focus)

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with our brand and business goals

• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar across all platforms

• Schedule and publish content consistently (target: 4–6 posts per week per platform)

• Monitor analytics and provide weekly/monthly performance reports

• Stay on top of platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices

• Identify content opportunities and trending formats to increase reach


2. Video Content Creation & Editing

• Create and edit short-form video content: Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts

• Repurpose long-form Pilates content (workshops, lessons) into engaging short clips

• Add captions, text overlays, transitions, music, and effects optimized per platform

• Ensure all video content aligns with our brand aesthetic and tone

• Produce 8–12 short-form videos per week


3. Community Management & Engagement

• Respond to comments, DMs, and messages across all platforms in a timely manner

• Engage with followers, potential students, and the Pilates community

• Build and nurture our online community of current students and alumni

• Flag potential leads or sales inquiries to the sales team


4. Graphic Design

• Design social media graphics: posts, stories, carousels, and promotional materials

• Create branded templates for consistent visual identity

• Design assets for campaigns, launches, and special promotions


Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand or

business

• Proven track record of growing audience and engagement on Instagram and/or TikTok

• Strong video editing skills for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

• Graphic design ability for social media assets

• Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices

• Excellent English communication skills (written and visual)

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

• Reliable internet connection and own equipment (laptop/desktop)

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
