Were looking for a bold, creative, and strategic Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to elevate our property brand, build market authority, and drive real results through engaging digital content.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Own and execute content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WeChat, Red Note, and YouTube
  • Lead the full content journey: ideation, storytelling, scripting, filming coordination, posting, and performance analysis
  • Create high-impact property content including new listings, sold/leased updates, walkthroughs, and agent personal branding
  • Develop trust-building content for owners and vendors (company profile, case studies, sales timelines, marketing strategies)
  • Collaborate closely with agents to bring authentic, accurate, and compelling stories to life

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (property/real estate is a strong plus)
  • Deep understanding of short-form video platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook)
  • Confident communicator with excellent spoken Cantonese or Mandarin
  • Experience creating or managing Mandarin/Cantonese content for WeChat & Red Note is a big advantage
  • Strong storytelling, scripting, and content planning skills
  • Knowledge of the Malaysian property market is a bonus
  • Highly self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing multiple content streams independently

  • Should have personal and working laptop/ Desktop, and one (1) back up
