We are seeking a talented individual to join our Industrial Shipping team. The ideal candidate will be efficiently stacking and securing products onto pallets for shipment ensuring loads are stable and within company guidelines. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Organization & Stacking: Efficiently load and arrange products using proper stacking techniques to maximize stability and organization.
  • Safety & Load Security: Ensure all goods are properly secured to prevent shifting during transportation, minimizing the risk of damage or accidents.
  • Compliance & Standards: Follow company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Inventory Tracking & Labeling: Assist in inventory management by labeling, tracking, and verifying shipments to ensure accurate identification and delivery.


Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong physical ability to lift and handle heavy materials regularly (up to 50 pounds)
  • Previous experience in order picking, packing, palletizing, or warehouse operations.
  • Previous experience handling and palletizing heavy duty industrial items preferred.
  • Knowledge of palletizing techniques and best practices.
  • Attention to detail for stacking products efficiently and safely.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to operate equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Positive attitude, ability to be a team player and step in where needed.
  • Basic computer skills to process shipping labels and update inventory systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic.
