What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end Organic Social production process — from creative deck creation to content calendar development and final output delivery
  • Oversee SEO content initiatives to ensure alignment with brand voice and search best practices
  • Monitor SLAs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery that meets client requirements
  • Track team performance, attendance, and behavior; provide coaching and mentoring

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication Arts, Mass Communication, or related field
  • At least 2 years’ experience leading content creators (copywriters, editors, Social Media or SEO Associates)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Willing to work night shift and during Philippine holidays
