Senior Treasury Analyst - Capital Markets & Liquidity

As Sr. Treasury Analyst, Capital Markets & Liquidity, you’ll play a key role in supporting Lambda’s Treasury function — driving debt and capital raising initiatives, liquidity optimization, and financial risk management in a fast-growing AI company and delivering data-driven insights that guide strategic capital decisions. You’ll work with the Treasurer to define and build Treasury’s long-term operating model at Lambda. What You’ll Do • Support cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization. • Contribute to evaluating capital structure strategies, including debt financing, initial public offering, and banking facilities. • Support the Treasurer in maintaining compliance with loan covenants, credit agreements, and internal policies. • Assist in monitoring and reporting on cash, investments, debt, interest rate exposure, and hedging activities. Coordinate day-to-day interactions with banking partners. • Track performance of banking services, fees, and interest income optimization. • Develop and maintain treasury models to support interest expense forecasting, liquidity analysis, and scenario planning. • Analyze global market trends and credit conditions to inform strategic treasury decisions (including peer benchmarking). • Assist with ad-hoc financial analyses for leadership. • Help implement process improvements and policies for cash management, payments, and reporting. • Leverage analytics tools (Excel, Python, BI tools) to enhance visibility and decision-making. • Partner cross-functionally with Finance and Legal teams to support capital markets transactions and corporate financing initiatives. You • 3–5 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, finance, or accounting (experience in a technology or high-growth environment preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; progress toward CTP or CFA designation is a plus. • Advanced analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial systems. • Experience with treasury management systems, BI dashboards, and cash forecasting tools. • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Curious, collaborative, and proactive — you’re motivated to build the financial infrastructure powering the future of AI. Nice to Have • Experience with capital markets transactions or credit facility administration. • Exposure to banking, interest rate, or investment management. • Interest or experience in Python, SQL, or automation tools for financial data analysis and reporting. Salary Range Information The annual salary range for this position has been set based on market data and other factors.
