As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing 3M's cash flow, financial risks, and investments. Develop and maintain cash management strategies to ensure efficient and effective use of 3M's cash resources. Monitor and analyze cash flow patterns and make recommendations for improving cash flow and liquidity. Identify and evaluate financial risks, such as interest rate, foreign exchange, and credit risks, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Manage 3M's investment portfolio and make decisions on investment opportunities based on risk and return analysis. Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure competitive pricing and services for 3M's banking needs. Monitor and report on financial market trends and developments that may impact 3M's financial performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and legal, to implement cash management and risk management strategies. Review and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to cash management and risk management. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness of treasury operations. Train and mentor junior treasury analysts to develop their skills and knowledge.
