Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate recording of maintenance activities. Monitor aircraft fleet status to identify any potential issues or concerns. Conduct audits and inspections of aircraft maintenance records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide support to maintenance and engineering teams by researching and retrieving necessary information from records. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards related to aircraft records management. Train and mentor junior technical records analysts to ensure consistency and accuracy in record-keeping. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding aircraft records and related matters. Participate in special projects or initiatives to improve overall efficiency and safety of aircraft fleet management. Maintain confidentiality and security of all aircraft records.
