Senior Sales Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Officer to oversee store operations and drive overall sales performance within the assigned area.

This role is responsible for supervising multiple stores, ensuring achievement of sales targets, strengthening store performance, and maintaining operational excellence across all assigned stores.

The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage field operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall sales performance of assigned dealer stores
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Develop and execute area sales strategies
  • Conduct regular field visits and performance audits
  • Monitor inventory movement and stock availability
  • Analyze sales reports and recommend action plans
  • Train, coach, and mentor Junior Sales Officers and store personnel
  • Strengthen relationships with dealer partners and resolve escalations
  • Ensure proper implementation of promotions, displays, and branding standards
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Inventory, Finance)
  • Submit consolidated performance and area reports to Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years experience in retail sales, field operations, or area management
  • Experience handling multi-store or dealer networks is required
  • Background in telecommunications, gadgets, or retail industry is an advantage
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Willing to travel and do extensive fieldwork
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
