In this senior role, you will drive QA strategy within a dedicated product team, ensure the quality of delivered functionality, architect testing frameworks, and lead strategic testing projects that scale with our growing app. If you're a seasoned QA professional who thrives on technical challenges and leadership opportunities, we want to hear from you.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Lead comprehensive testing projects including functional, UX, performance, and accessibility testing across mobile platforms</li> <li>Ensure the quality of all functionality delivered by your product team through thorough testing and validation</li> <li>Design and implement scalable QA architecture and testing frameworks for your product team</li> <li>Drive test automation strategy and oversee implementation of end-to-end automated testing solutions</li> <li>Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms</li> <li>Champion "shift-left" testing practices and establish quality gates within the team</li> <li>Lead root cause analysis for critical production issues and implement preventive measures</li> <li>Participate in system architecture discussions to ensure testability and quality from design phase</li> <li>Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans and risk assessments</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes, tools, and methodologies</li> </ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul> <li>4+ years of experience in testing</li> <li>Strong understanding of mobile testing ecosystems, including deep knowledge of iOS and Android platforms</li> <li>Proven experience in test automation frameworks (Detox, Appium, XCUITest, Espresso) and programming languages (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java)</li> <li>Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems</li> <li>Proven track record of implementing QA best practices and process improvements at scale</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to debug complex technical issues</li> <li>Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.</li> <li>Readiness to work in a high performance environment and handle multiple tasks.</li> <li>Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence without authority</li> <li>Experience working within product company</li> <li>Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience</li> </ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p><ul> <li>Deep knowledge of React Native architecture and testing strategies</li> <li>Familiarity with mobile analytics and monitoring tools (Firebase, Bugsnag)</li> <li>ISTQB certification or other relevant QA certifications</li> <li>Experience in fintech or health-tech domains</li> </ul><p><strong>What you will get in return:</strong></p><ul> </ul><ul> <li>Remote-friendly & Flexible working hours.
