The Senior Medical Education Associate operates autonomously, leading innovative clinical education initiatives to address gaps and share new learnings in our customers/market clinical knowledge. This involves strategizing, building, and executing customer education events across various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid setups.  Including post-event reviews, summarizing learnings, and sharing those learnings with our Marketing, Sales, and SLT teams.  Creation and maintaining dashboards of our clinical activities and assisting with automating our medical education data and processes, liaising and collaborating with our Emergency Care (EC) global teams to share best practices and content across our global locations and learning and networking with the Medical Education (MedEd) functions of the other 21 Stryker divisions. 

This role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates located in the western half of the U.S .

What you will do

  • Own and coordinate designated customer education events end to end, including travel, extended hours, and full execution through post-event follow-up.

  • Deliver proactive education programs across diverse customer segments, including Fire/EMS, Hospital, Law Enforcement, and community call points.

  • Develop education objectives, activity plans, and budget forecasts; report outcomes, insights, and learnings to Medical Education leadership.

  • Partner closely with MedEd, Marketing, and Professional Affairs to align consultants, healthcare professionals, documentation, and compliance requirements.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally and across Stryker divisions to manage logistics, staffing, equipment, onsite execution, and adult learning best practices.

  • Maintain strong compliance and transparency standards while handling complex conversations with attention to detail and professionalism.

  • Support customer-facing clinical training and resources, including live programs, online content, and written educational materials.

  • Analyze medical education data, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and support sales teams with real-time clinical insights during pre-sale engagements.

What you need

Required:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), bachelor's degree with completion of a paramedic training program, or B.S. in related biology/science area with active clinical licensure

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience

Preferred:

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a cardiac, critical care, or emergency care setting

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing and/or sales training in the medical device industry

$69,5000 - $144,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
