Senior Managing Consultant – Business Strategy, AI Advisor

Job Description: • Lead a cross-functional team in the delivery of Advisory offerings in Business Strategy and AI. • Partner with clients to shape and execute strategies that leverage AI technologies and innovative approaches for measurable business outcomes. • Provide strategic leadership to ensure decision-making aligns to long term objectives for realized value as the trusted advisor for our clients. • Advise on business strategy, including leadership alignment, policies and procedures, governance, etc. • Contribute to the continued development of the AI Advisory vision and roadmap. • Deliver and support continued development of Business Advisory offerings and cross-discipline offerings within the Advisory subdomain. • Mentor Advisory consultants in AI fluency, client strategy, and facilitation skills. Requirements: • Proven experience in business strategy, value realization, and technology-enabled transformation. • Understanding of AI governance, generative AI, Copilot/LLM ecosystems, data maturity, and RAG architectures. • Familiarity with arenaflex platforms (Azure, M365 Copilot, D365, Power Platform, Fabric/Databricks). • Skilled in strategic roadmapping, design thinking, and executive-level facilitation. • Ability to drive adoption, manage risk, and embed responsible, ethical AI practices. • High EQ, creativity, and a passion for building high-performing, future-ready teams. • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • arenaflex AI-900 (required); AI-102 (preferred). • PROSCI or equivalent change management certification (preferred) • 10+ years of experience in business strategy, advisory, or consulting, with a focus on AI, analytics, or digital transformation. • Track record of executive engagement and trusted advisor relationships at senior levels.
