The Brand Experience and Engagement Technology team leads the Event Marketing and AdTech technology strategy and platforms How will you make an impact in this role? Drives continuous improvement across teams by coaching leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets. Leads technology projects by strategically planning, allocating resources, managing risks, tracking progress, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication to achieve organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of technology-focused projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Leads and orchestrates Program Increment (PI) Planning meetings and technical alignment discussions with leadership, product management, and delivery teams to ensure strategic alignment and readiness
  • Facilitates Agile Ceremonies across multiple Delivery Teams
  • Drives project quality by improving process gaps and increase efficiency and productivity
  • Ensures compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards across the Scrum Teams and Agile Release Train (ART)
  • Interprets relevant portfolio, Release Train, and team-level metrics
  • Tracks and reports financial spend across all funding lines
  • Live the Agile and SAFe Values and Principles
  • Encourage diversity of thought and demonstrate an open mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) and/or comparable experience; advanced degree preferred
  • Detailed Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/SAFe/Lean methodologies
  • Proven track record in Technical Project Delivery across all disciplines including Agile Scrum & Kanban
