Job Description:
- Subject matter expert with knowledge of job area and in-depth knowledge of project management, with the ability to lead all aspects of the Supply Chain acquisition process from proposal stage through Program award and execution.
- Analysis of markets and strategic sourcing to align with business goals
- Responsible for managing Business Unit cost, schedule and technical performance, and ensuring L3Harris and Customer objectives are achieved, including on-time delivery, exceptional quality, and affordability with the ability to monitor & assess project issues and develop mechanisms & resolutions to meet goals.
- Determines feasibility of material, components, specifications or requirements and supports product development activities, including proposal support and engineering change impacts to supply chain
- Strong understanding of baseline centric execution and Change Management with the ability to review status of projects, budgets, forecasts, EVMS; prepare status reports
- Develop, maintain and manage strategic relationships with suppliers to achieve Program, Customer and Corporate goals for sales, orders and profit
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional relationships to integrate the supply chain team into program development and execution
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of Supply Chain Professionals at varying levels of experience
- Develop, drive and execute supply chain transformation and improvement projects. Must have functional and operational experience in the Supply Chain Management and Operations domains who can understand, analyze and define business requirements. This individual must be able to use hands-on, cross-functional approaches to identify pain points and drive improvements. Must have the passion, business and technical acumen and experience to drive best-in-class supply chain processes and efficiencies
- Responsible for staffing, recruiting, training, talent development, engagement & retention of employees

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $103,000- $191,000. For California, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $118,000- $219,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
