Work with some of our Largest and Most Strategic Accounts As a Senior Major Account Executive you will create and maximize revenue generation within Akamai's most important technology customers. You will grow the relationships with additional Akamai high value solutions and strengthen these relationships at all levels of these customers, including the executive staff. As a Senior Major Account Executive, you will be responsible for: Taking ownership of revenue plan to grow existing customer base through identifying and selling additional services Being the senior central point of contact for the customer and leading the integrated account team to deliver customer success Championing and maintaining a trusted relationship at the executive level with customers and Akamai's field teams Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Have 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Technical discipline or its equivalent Have experience selling enterprise-class technology software, SaaS, internet-based technology solutions to enterprise class companies Have demonstrated experience selling into strategic accounts Be well-versed in engaging, influencing and building trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business Be able to uncover new growth opportunities through building strategic executive customer relationships Build your career at Akamai Our ability to shape digital life today relies on developing exceptional people like you. For US based candidates only - The On Target Earnings (OTE, base salary + commissions) for this position ranges from \$189,800 - \$394,200/year; a candidate’s OTE is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. Compensation for candidates outside the US will vary. The compensation package may also include equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
