Job Posting: Senior Endpoint Engineering Services | R&D Specialist Location: Remote - Available across U.S. and Puerto Rico Clearance Level: Public Trust (ADP/IT-II) or Tier 3 Investigation (NACLC) Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required Summary We are seeking candidates for a potential opportunity, Senior Endpoint Engineer | R&D Specialist to lead the development and sustainment of endpoint delivery frameworks across the Federal Agency hybrid IT ecosystem. This critical role supports centralized provisioning, security, monitoring, and application integration for over 250,000 devices across the global Military Health System. Key Responsibilities • Engineer and deploy endpoint management solutions (MECM, Intune). • Architect hybrid delivery frameworks supporting SaaS/on-prem/cloud services. • Lead secure application packaging and configuration for Windows endpoints. • Ensure compliance with DISA STIGs, RMF, and NIST standards. • Build and maintain secure OS images and modern desktop environments. • Design mobile device provisioning and MDM strategies. • Support Tier 3/4 troubleshooting and endpoint automation projects. • Maintain RMF artifacts in eMASS and participate in continuous monitoring. Preferred Tools & Technologies • arenaflex MECM (SCCM), Intune, MDT • Windows Server OS, Windows 10/11 • PowerShell, GPO, Azure, Hyper-V • eMASS, ActivClient, STIG Viewer • Application packaging tools (AdminStudio, WiseScript) Minimum Qualifications • Extensive experience in endpoint engineering for hybrid cloud/on-prem systems. • Proven knowledge of MECM and Intune deployment strategies. • Demonstrated compliance experience with DoD RMF and Zero Trust principles. Education & Certifications • Required (Foundational - one of the following): • Bachelor's degree in IT / Cybersecurity / Data Science / IS / CS (ABET or CAE accredited), • OR baseline IA certification (Security+, SSCP). • Required (CE - one of the following): • arenaflex Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), • OR arenaflex Intune Administrator.
