Job Overview We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Senior Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service to our internal and external customers. Your primary responsibility will be to answer high-volume incoming requests, assist customers with their accounts, services, and questions, and provide internal operational support.
